+ -1 moreKenny did all of this work at mutually agreed to times over about a two month period. He showed up on time, or called if he was running a little late. I was impressed with his workmanship--he took time to get the wood cut precisely, measured well, and was able to think on his feet. The cabinet door, stairwell handrail, and fireplace insert are well-constructed, stained to my specs, and properly installed. I am particularly pleased with the work he did in the stairwell and foyer--after the wallpaper was removed, he repaired, primed, and painted (two coats), and it looked fantastic. I will definitely seek his services in the future.
Description of Work: Kenny rebuilt my front porch, replacing rails and installing spindles, as well as repairing some rotted areas. He also replaced a couple of gable vents, replaced rotted wood in several places, installed new downspouts, installed new foundation vents all around the house, replaced the top rails on the deck, replaced the side door on the garage, and installed new lattice around the bottom of the deck. On the inside of the house, he hung a bi-fold door for the pantry, built and installed a cabinet door under a counter to make a previously hard-to-access area easier to get into, built and installed an additional handrail for the full length of the stairwell, built and installed a custom wood insert in the fireplace. He also removed old vinyl wallpaper from the stairwell and foyer walls, patched, primed, and painted those walls.
