Excellent! they came out and spoke to me on what I wanted and gave me advice on what I really needed. They sent me a written estimate and their price was cheaper than I thought. Once I agreed to their price they came out two days later. They arrived on time and got right to work They put in 4 recessed lights w/ a dimmer switch. They did the electrical work when my house was being built and I have worked with them at least 3 times after that and they have always done an excellent job. I wouldn't go with anyone else.

He sent his son, who was learning the business. I was not far away, putting together bookcases together, looked uo to see the hole he was cutting in the ceiling was not where it was supposed to be. He ignored me when I showed him where it was to go and put the light fixture where he had started. A couple days later, I ran into the project manager. He blew it off. My parting words were, "OK, I'll have to get a refund since the light is not where it is supposed to be". That evening Mr. Smoker and his son were at my door. The job was redone correctly & the ceiling repaired. He had learned that I had a garbage disposal to hook up. He had his son do it at no charge. I appreciate what he did and I didn't have to "settle".

He was fast, courteous, professional, trustworthy, ect...he got it done efficiently and effectively.

His service was fine. When he came the first time he gave me a pretty good price on 3 fans. The 2nd time he was referred to us by service magic and he charged us three times the amount to replace one of the fans. He originally charged $35.00 per fan and the on the replaced he charged $109.00

After Hurricane Irene we purchased a generator to run our well and septic system. When we ran the generator, other items worked just fine, but we had no water. The well and pump people came over and found the problem to be electrical. Ken Smoker came over, found the problem, and changed out the cord and plug on the generator. The cord we had was defective. This was a very busy time, and the company was very responsive, friendly, and professional. I will definately be using him for all my electrical work.
