To say that I'm disappointed with this work would be an oversell. While some of the services performed were adequate (I am particularly pleased with the parquet flooring), overall this was a miserable experience. It is clear that Mr. Yancey and his people have limited experience and are unlicensed in performing their work. Everything from simple piping in the house (how hard is it to figure out which faucet is hot and which is cold), fixtures that are not anchored and now falling out of the wall, and most notably the disaster that was the roof. I had to have the entire roof replaced at my own cost because of numerous leaks, and when I did the roofer commented how everything that could be wrong with the roof (and some that couldnt be wrong) was and needed to be fixed. Worse than the workmanship was Mr. Yancey's attitude. He refused to accept any responsibility for the poor work, and was beyond rude and belligerent when I called him. I would recommend that no one ever uses this company, and further believe that they should lose any license they possess, since I'm quite sure most of their practices were poor business if not illegal.
