These guys were extremely professional and personable. Did thorough assessment of my systems health - what was working well and what needed repair, and then proceeded to fix identified problems. Extremely efficient attacking the job with absolutely no artificial down time to pad their price. Labor rate and replacement equipment pricing was quite reasonable. Now that they have â rescuedâ my irrigation system, I do not anticipate a need to call them again; but would do so in the blink of an eye if needed. If your irrigation system needs attention , these are the guys to call !!! ð ð

My name is Smitty and I am retired form USAF. I live in Newport News Virginia. If you need work done call now and then finish reading my post! When I called, I was told 30 mins to arrive but he arrived in 19 min. Jerry was very creative in fixing my frozen water line to my sprinkler system after a pipe burst. His swift and knowledgeable skills were evident as it took me 16 calls to get the Newport News emergency line to remotely shut down my water and 42, yes 42 calls to get the water back on! I spent more time waiting for the emergency water works line than it took Jerry to remedy my problem, facts! Jerry explained what he was doing and his work was very professional. I now have a new shut-off valve, back flow valve, winterization connections, and an easy access box to the valves for next time. Jerry was amazing! Came out to our property within a day or two, was early to the appointment time (!!!!) & did a through job. He was very upfront, honest, and provided education about our backflow prevention device. I cannot recommend him enough!

This was a totally great experience. They were prompt in responding to my request for service, arrived as scheduled, and kept me abreast as to what need to be done, and what they were doing at all times. Their price was very reasonable, and I was very satisfied with the results.

They explained all of the work to me before completing the job and finished in less time than they estimated. They pointed out some issues that I was not aware of, and gave me low-cost solutions. I will use them again.

Irrigation Rescue was very professional, responded quickly, and cost effective. I was very pleased with their service. Jerry diagnosed then repaired my system. I had a zone of my irrigation system that wouldn't shut off. He was able to locate the failed valve and replace it which had my system fixed quickly. I would highly recommend irrigation rescue and will contact them for all my future irrigation needs.

Jerry responded quickly and was very knowledgeable about troubleshooting the electrical connections to my irrigation system. His explanation as to what was wrong was easy for me to understand. Very personable individual. He fixed the electrical system for two of the stations so they come on when the system is cycling. He also relocated one of the sprinkler heads to better service my yard.
