 + -1 moreWe took a hunter douglas blind in for repair estimates. The saleswoman told us the blind was not repairable. She stated that the warranty was expired and estimated a replacement blind would be $300.00. We decided to get a second opinion at Unusual Designs and are happy we did. The warranty had not expired (it was a lifetime warranty), the blind was repairable, and the total cost of repair was the cost of shipping only. See my further positive review of Unusual Designs here on Angies list. As for this place, my advice is to proceed with caution. I cannot recommend this place.
