They have provided service multiple times. I believe that the delivery cost, on top of the furniture cost, was an extra $120 or $140. The overall quality was deplorable. I think that the sales people in the store were very inattentive. They didn't care whether or not they made the sale. I mean, they did. All they wanted was your commission, but they didn't care to take care of you. There is no personal attention. I think, in that store alone, we've bought stuff from them repeatedly and I don't know why, because we will never go back after this last one. Their system is terrible and their quality of furniture is equally as terrible. Their delivery service is unacceptable. So we actually returned the last two deliveries and paid the money for restocking it, because it was just very terrible quality. There was damage each time they delivered. It's just very poor quality stuff.

The first word in furniture: Haynes....two words in furniture: Debra Barfoot...Haynes has a wonderful selection, quite overwhelming; courteous and professional delivery service....the the one thing Haynes has over everybody else is Debra Barfoot. What a wonderful person. We first met Debra in May 2010 when we just were looking. In September 2010 we were so impressed with our previous meeting we requested her to be our guide through our purchases....we were so fortunate to have this woman, who is highly knowledgeable in furniture and the needs of her customers. This experience with Debra was a pleasurable experience...and when we have the occasion to shop for furniture again, we will see visit Debra again and again.

Delivery team was very late; no phone call - even though the company advertises that they will call if they are late. Item damaged by delivery personnel. While Haynes has a department that supposedly makes repairs, they are never in to answer their phones. Even though their personnel damaged the property, they will charge you to pick it up; they do not offer full refunds - even though they neglgently damaged the property. Basically the company makes 15% on your purchase even if their delivery personnel destroy it getting it into your house. Use extreme caution when dealing with them and expect their delivery personnel to damage the goods. While their contract seems to require arbitration, they don't ask you to sign it so it's not a valid agreement and you can move them into small claims court.
