I am very impressed with Frank's professionalism. I remotely gave him access to my house and since I had just been there about 5 days ago, I was generally aware of its condition (but he would not have known that). He walked through my house and told me the things he would recommend to be cleaned, and I knew they were all legitimate things. My point with that, if it isn't readily recognizable, is that, without meeting Frank (and Lori), or seeing the results, I feel very confident that they provided the services that I paid for (at a very reasonable cost). I get very nervous about trusting strangers with the care of my house, but I am pleased with my interactions with HarrellHome and will gladly continue to ask for their services for future needs.

The Harrell's are awesome.  They take so much stress off of having to find time to clean the house.  As a mom of two babies under two years old I can use all the help I can get.  The Harrell's always do a great job and are reasonably priced.  On the days they come I can not wait to get home to my fantastically cleaned and smelling great home.

I am very pleased with every aspect of my experience.The Harrells are extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful. They cleaned our home for the first time and it looks wonderful. Our house is a rental that wasn't super clean even when we moved in and I have never been a great housekeeper so I know that it was very dirty, but not anymore! They cleaned even more than I expected - I am continually noticing something else that has been cleaned that I would not have even thought of (like the storm door!). Plus, we had a rust stain on our white kitchen counter that I tried so many times to get rid of with no luck - and now it's completely gone. I am so glad that I contacted Lori and Frank, and I'm even happier that they will be visiting regularly from now on!

Mr and Mrs Harrell were very professional, and gave us a reasonable price.  They arrived early and got to work immediately.  They did more than we had expected.  They were even kind enough to let our pets out of their kennels to get some water.  We would recommend them to anyone else.

Lori and Frank arrived on time -- actually they were a little early and asked if I had a problem with that. I assured them it was fine and invited them in. They arrived with all the necessary cleaning products and equipment, checked with me to see if I had any preferences for or against certain products, and then got right to work. Boy, do they work! They cleaned everything to my complete satisfaction, and when they left, my house smelled really nice and clean. I've engaged them to return for another cleaning in a month. If you're looking for excellent, honest, reliable cleaning service, Lori and Frank Harrell are the ones to call.

They arrived early and got right to work.  House cleaning was the best I have had!  They were very pleasant and thorough.  He even repaired a faulty doorknob to my deck!  I will continue to use them on a weekly basis!  I have used all the Maidpro, Cleaning Authority, Maidpro,, Molly Maids, etc and I have to say, Lori and her husband delivered as promised!  I will refer them to all my friends, and any who asks about a cleaning service!!

I normally leave them to their cleaning while I go run some errands. They are superfast and by the time I come home,  everything sparkles and smells good. I hope that we will have Frank and Lori for a long time to come.

Because the Harrells were not able to work a time into their schedule to come for an initial interview and I was in need of help for arriving guests, we met for the first time the day they came to work.  They were a little late due to the morning traffic problems but did not cut short the time they spent to get the house in order.  I will definitely re-schedule them again on a regular cleaning schedule.  I find them hardworking, eager to please, very pleasant and do their best to work with you to accommodate your needs & time-frame. They left my house sparking and smelling very clean - so much better than I have found those big commercial cleaning services.

these guys are great!  The price is over a 1/3 less then what I was playing previously and the quality is wonderful.  they cleaned everything including the blinds, and floorboards.  Plus they were great with our two large dogs!

We picked up the house and they did the rest.

The Harrells are great!  Due to a family emergency that kept me away from home, I needed a housecleaning very quickly.  I immediately turned to Angie's List and found the Harrells.  They responded quickly to my email request and fit me into their busy schedule before I returned home to a house that had been neglected for weeks!  We are now their regular customers and their services are perfect.  They are easy to communicate with, punctual, fast and very reasonable priced!  I highly recommend their services.

We are extremely satisfied.  We plan to continue using their services on a monthly basis.

They worked this job into their tight schedule within a week of the request. The home has many different surfaces and multiple collections. They accomplished a lot in the time given.  It made a big impact on the condition of the home. I was very happy with the job they did.

They showed up on time and got to work.  Have tried a couple of other cleaning services from Angie's list and this is the only one that has satisfied my wife.

It was easy to schedule with Lori since she kept in touch by email and phone.  They came when they promised, worked quickly and efficiently, and did an outstanding job.  The price I paid was because of the size of my home and the amount of space to be cleaned.  I consider it very fair because of the excellent results.

They arrived on time.  I sent the check in the mail but it didn't arrive on time.  Lori told me not to worry.  They would clean and wait for the check.  Who does that these days?  They cleaned the entire house-spending 4 1/2 hours.  Lori's husband also noticed that the filters in the heating/air conditioning needed to be changed.  He found a filter and replaced it on the spot.  That will save my brother in heating bills.  They were exceedingly thorough.

cBoth my husband and I work 10-11 hour days at our jobs, so on our weekends, we want to be able to relax, and not feel burdened with cleaning the house. But at the same time, we cannot afford some of those pricey corporate cleaning companies. When we heard about Lori here on Angie's List, we called, and she immediately got back to us. Both her and her husband came to our home, took a look around, and quoted a price literally HALF of everybody else we had interviewed. And their work is amazing! They clean everything...baseboards, cabinets, appliances, couches, in addition to the normal scrubbing of bathrooms and kitchens and vacuuming of carpets. She is also very responsive to special requests, she cleaned our our fridge and helped get a couple stains our of our carpet! We have two dogs, and Lori and her husband are great with them as well. If you are on a budget, but still want amazing help in keeping your home spotless, Lori is your lady!

Gave us an estimate and agreed to do a few extras my husband and I needed. Always on time.

The Harrell's provide an excellent service for a terrific  price.  They provide all of their own supplies and equipment - up to and including paper towels.  Bathrooms are spotless - thoroughly disinfected, cleaned, floor mopped, and rugs vacuumed.  All rooms are dusted and vacuumed, mirrors cleaned, and overhead ceiling fans are dusted.  Blinds throughout the house are also dusted.  The kitchen was disinfected, counters and stove top cleaned.  The stainless steel appliances are polished and flooor mopped.  Living room is vacuumed and dusted - with furniture oiled.  We are extremely pleased with the service the Harrells  offer.Ron and Marilyn Garhart

they were on time to the minute. very pleasent and got to work right away. they worked quietly and thouroughly. my house was left in great clean condition. tis was the second time I used them. they seem very honest and trustworthy, which is most important to me. I will use them again in a heartbeat.

She is terrific.  She took care of my cats and dogs and she cleaned my house and it is beautiful.  I am going to use her again end of July.  If you have a two story house it depends on the rooms.  I have 3 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs, a living room, kitchen and bath downstairs and if you do the whole thing it is about $165. If you want her to only do the downstairs it is $75.  She will come in here and scrub your floors, clean your stove and do all the appliances.  She would also clean the back splash, clean the bathrooms and vacuum and dust. Everything is great. When I came back I couldn’t believe how good my house was.  She does a beautiful job and you couldn't ask for anything else.  When she cleans your furniture it is spotless.
