watch repair
 + -1 moreThe owner looked over my clock and said it would take a couple of weeks and will give me a call later to the estimate of repair . I said that was fine, no hurry. He called within a couple of days with an estimate of $265.00 and that it would be ready in a couple of weeks. I agreed to the work to be done and am happy to say that he called a few weeks later and my wall clock is working again.
Description of Work: My antique wall clock was in need of repair with a broken spring. It had not been cleaned or serviced in the 30+ years that I've had it. I had brought it in to another area clock repair (highly rated on Angie's list) and after having it there for over four month's was told to come pick it up. This shop was not able to find a part to repair it. I went directly to Han's with my clock in hopes that I can get my wall clock running again.

Description of Work: Han is a fine gentleman, courteous and hardworking. He clearly has a lot of integrity. However, he was not able to fix our cuckoo clock. The clock would just stop running, and Han tried a variety of ways to fix it, and then he would call us to tell us it was fixed. Then, we would take it home, and then it would run for awhile and stop. He thought it had something to do with the weights, but he couldn't get it right. We took it back to him x3. We have used him before with good results, which is why we didn't give him a lower mark. Still, we're going to find another shop.

watch repair
 + -1 moreThey do a great job. They charged me less than $10 a piece for battery change and $5 to do the links. It was very inexpensive. They are a small business.
Description of Work: I use Han's Clock & Watch Repair & Sales for watch repair. The last time I used them, they took out some links in one watch and a battery in another. They also worked on my mother's watch.
