We are a week from close, so it's essentially done. The 2 main guys in charge of the home site, Todd and Eddie, have been great! We didn't really care for their sales gal in the model, but that's not really important in the big scheme of things. They have delivered on schedule (about 3 month build time) and caught up when they were behind from weather issues. As long as you don't bug them or interfere with them doing their job, they are happy to help and answers questions and concerns. I think my biggest issue is that we couldn't change a few things like upgrade to a tankless water heater or have them do custom paint colors we pick.
