First of all in this profession your hours are yours to make and keep, however, the leadership of the company knows this and know that some of us value our family time and really try to work with us and our schedule when we need to meet one on one or have a call. No matter how often I am in the office I can always stop in and get help from the brokers, MLS desk and other full time staff. They support you and give you the tools to grow as an agent and build your business on your own path. It's a great place to be. I would highly recommend using myself or other agents in this brokerage because they are trained frequently and always have full time staff to help with any unusual situations.

I absolutely LOVE working here. I have worked with 4 other brokerages in 2 years and have never been as successful or as supported as at this brokerage. I love that we pray before meetings. I have all the flexibility I need to be a Mom. I'm getting recognized in my industry for INSANE production and you can do as MUCH or as a little as you can handle! I can't say enough good things!!!! Theres plenty to go around and no one plays favorites, its a drama free, stress free, all the leads you want (if you work for it) and a non-competing broker who isn't cherry picking before they get to you!

It went well.  It was not an easy task to find the right home, but the entire team at Greg Garrett realty did a great job staying on top of the options for us.  We are very pleased.  I highly recommend them.

I origionally became interacted with this company six months ago. I was in the market for a new home. The realter recommended a Lender to whom I promptly provided all of the requested financial information. After serveral phone calls--back and forth no mortgage decision was every provided. During this same time I kept looking at houses;seeking the perfect one. I found homes that I liked several times but lost them without a pre approval letter. The real estate agent was terrible about returning telephone calls--prefering to text and was often late for scheduled viewings of homes. Last Monday, JUne 11, 2012 I fired my GG realtor. I had procured not one but two separate pre-approval letters on June 9th and have since hired another realtor. I currenlty have a signed contract and have plans to have my home inspected this week.

The realtor was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. He was very professional.

Garrett has developed a system in which younger, fresher agents are supported by designated experienced realtor(s). I found that the relatively youthful agent who represented me in my home search did not hesitate to consult with a mentor, if necessary.
