GOTCHA COVERED PAINTING ETC INC

Several people came to work on my project.  They got there a little earlier than expected (yeah!), announced their arrival, and quickly got to work.  Once the old wood was pulled off, it was realized that one piece that needed replacing was wider at the bottom than the top so another piece of wood had to be bought.  They ran out for a few minutes to get lunch and got the extra board while out.  The whole job didn't take them very long.  They cleaned up and took the old wood with them.
They did a beautiful job and even painted all of the trim around the entryway before leaving.  When paying, I asked if I needed to add in more for the extra piece of wood and was told no, that he'd certainly be able to use the other piece, so it was no problem. All 3 people were personable and seemed to know what they were doing.
I would definitely use them again.  In fact, I have another job I'd like them to take a look at for me.  They evidently are skilled at a number of those jobs around the house I have no skills or equipment to complete.  Great job.  Nice folks.

Tony and his crew were outstanding. They painted our entire house (3645 sq. feet), including double crown moldings, 4 fire place mantels, stairway spindles, drywall repair where we removed old ceiling lights and whole house intercom, removal of old wall paper, etc. They showed up on time and had 4-8 guys working at all times. Very clean and professional. As a former painter, I can tell you the quality of the work was first rate. Clean edges, crisp lines, and no overspray. Very, very happy with the results.

We have had more than our fair share with contractors and these folks were the best we have dealt with - ever!  They were on time each day, extremely polite, respectful and answered our questions at the drop of a hat; in particular, Thomas  and Travis were a joy to work with and I would have these, or any of the Got It Covered crew, perform work for me again in the future. In fact, I already have an exceptional quote for our next project.  The finished product exceeded our expectations - they cleaned up the work site each day and left the house in better shape then what they found it.  I have zero complaints and would absolutely hire these folks again. 

Sloppy job! Left paint all over my fixtures, floor. Walls rough and not smoothed out. Very messy crew. Lost outlet covers, didn't bother to remove others. Worst of all, when I brought my dissatisfaction to the owner, Tim, he never apologized or admitted it was a poor job. I feel he took advantage of us because we needed to sell home and move. We were out of state, disputing how much he should have gotten paid ( I only gave him 1/2 payment) . I was willing to negotiate and explained that we had to get another painter to  come in and "fix" his work. Instead, he placed a lein on our house! WOW! Don't hire this guy!!!!!!!!
