They have worked for us off and on for 20 years. I can’t say enough in their favor. Came even when the snow flew to clear a roof vent. Since it’s a small operation it’s understandable if they don’t get there super fast, but it’s worth it to me to have great work done.

He cleaned out the sewer pipe under the house which was the source of the problem. We have used this company for years for many sewer blockages and also had a new water heater put in a few years ago. We have usually had the owner, Bill Westerman come to do the work and have found him to reasonably priced and does a great job.

Great! I've received very good service from Get Smart in the past, so I didn't hesitate to call them. They arrived on time, got right to work, and everything turned out great. They assessed the toilet a just needing a new flapper, and I believe they snaked the sink (I wasn't watching, but it drained great when they were done!) I can certainly recommend them to others, with confidence.

He was excellent. He even let me know of a possible problem ahead of time, so he was able to prevent that problem. It never happened. Because my sink had been in so long, there was a chance that the laminate on my counter would break when he tried to separate the sink from where it had been in the hole so long. He was able to do that without messing that up, which meant I didn't have to have new counter-top before I had the sink installed. I had to call from the store with a question and he called me back right away.

He told me how long it would take and he gave me all the details I needed to make the job quick and efficient. He told me about things that I hadn't even thought about to ask when I go to purchase my sink, and he even wrote it all down for me.

 I received a call plumber was on his way.  Plumber came; gave a fair quote and performed the work immediately..Plumber was knowledgeable; professional;  made sure that all issues were resolved; and reviewed all associated warranties before leaving. 

They came within an hour and a half of me calling and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently.

Provider was called on 2/2/2016 about a leaking toilet at our business at Liberty Tax in Oyster Point; he came out the next morning.  He replaced the plunger flap and the tank bolts.  As he put it, "I replaced everything I could replace, but I still could not fix the leak."  I was pleasantly surprised that he didn't charge us at all for what he replaced!  He also conducted the repair quietly and discreetly so business was not interrupted.
His estimate on replacing the toilet was reasonable. The toilet was replaced the next day. Will was very pleasant to work with.  Liberty Tax at Oyster Point would definitely use Get Smart Plumbing again!

I had used this guy back in 2011 for a little job so I called to see if he could handle this which he said he could. Called him on a Friday and he told me that he would be there first thing Monday morning.  Well it rained h****** Monday and he could not do anything but showed up about noon on Tuesday.  We decided what had to be done and he gave me a price with a $200 range.  We agreed and he went back and got his equipment (a ditch witch digger) and was back about 2:OO.  His wife got hold of Ms Utility and the Waterworks and had emergency markings in the yard to find out where the gas line was so he would not get into it and get some parts for the meter.  He stayed and had the line put in and the water back on by 7:30, checked all of the faucets in the house to see there was no contamination in them and left about 8 pm to go home.
He came back on Wednesday to fill in the ditch and put things back in order.  His price came in at the bottom end of the range so that made me happy.
This individual (Bill) is a master plumber, and does not do anything except pluming.  Does everything his own way and does not take any short cuts.  I found him to be a very good plumber and was well satisfied with his work.  He did not put anything in writing which was a little disconcerting but he did everything and more that we talked about.  I would definitely use him again for any pluming needs.

The work was done well. They are also very prompt, and if you have a problem, they can come the same day or the next day. They will also come after hours if you are having an emergency or an urgent need for service.

Would not hesitate to use Will again, but I did not appreciate being 'misled' on the phone about a 'trip charge'. For this reason, I probably would not use Get Smart in the future.

Bill (Qwner) arrived an hour late, but began his entrance in apology. We discussed a previous estimate of $1,500 (labor, with me supplying heater and hardware). He was hyperactive and agreed with everything I requested, but continued to revert to making a diagram, which I was unable to read/understand. I did not expect him to start the job at 1:30PM, and thought the purpose of his visit was to confirm the price and inventory of materials for the job. However, as I said Bill is hyperactive and wanted to start immediately after I agreed to the previously quoted price. He kept telling me how Great a deal I was getting, and that it was half the normal price. He then asked where I wanted the washer junction box and when I told him he bashed a hole in the wall with a hammer (no marker lines or scoring with blade to make smooth edge). Every time I suggested something to him, he rebutted me with and quot;that's not the way WE do thatand quot;. He left at about 3:30P to go get some stuff he said, and returned about 6:30P with three pieces of Pex line (only two were 3/4and quot;) and some hardware he wanted to supply. At about 12AM he moved the heater in the house and fired up his torch (could have been done outside). The 26and quot; pan was to small, so he went home at 1 AM and returned at 9AM with a 30and quot; pan that was so large that he smashed it against the back wall to make it fit. After we had some heated discussion about where he would mount the loop circulater pump, I went into the other room and he put it where he wanted (easiest) lower. The valves at the washer box were open, so when he turned the water on a flood insued requiring me to mop up the mess. Once the heater was energized I took a shower and he reluctantly went to insulate pipe below. He only insulated the 1/2and quot; return because he said and quot;that's the way WE do itand quot; and I am a Plumber not a pipe insulator. I made the electric panel termination, cleaned up the mess, while trying to protect my new wood floor from his sloppy workmanship, and still have finger prints to get off of doors etc., so I feel like I helped prevent a major screw up. When he proclaimed he was finished, I was glad to hear of his planned departure. He presented me with a bill for almost $400 more than his estimate. I knew he bought Some extra stuff, but he did not once during his hyperactive (talking to himself) rants, tell me how much extra I would be charged. I guess at well over half a million $ a year ($1,500/eight hours) I should've expected that I'd need to Pay More and been more selective (GET SMART) before hiring Get Smart Plumbing.

Plumber was responsive to my needs and had parts available on truck. Finished job in a timely manner. Plumber did not leave until the job was complete, even though it was late in the afternoon.

They had very poor services. They didn't show up when they were suppose to show up numerous times. they misdiagnosed a leak that was occurring to a point where they replaced tile that didn't need to be replaced. They charged us $650 for a shower unit that I saw at a hardware store for $99.99. I wish that we had fired them from the get go when we had our doubts.

I was pleased with their service. The reason why I would have to grade them a C on professionalism is because I noticed that the repairmen did not wear uniforms as they came in just plain clothing. I was however pleased that they cleaned up the mess they created when they were repairing my toilet.

They were excellent workers. It only took them about 1 hour to finish the job. They cleaned up after themselves and I was very happy with the price that they charged us. Anyone who needs a plumbing job done in their homes should call get smart plumbing. They are very professional and polite. The commode that they put in is great for anyone that is handicapped, it looks pretty luxurious.

Get Smart Plumbing provided us with great results. It was a job taken care of in a very timely fashion. They were able to get it done right the first time. The new drain works properly now and for what plumbing costs now a days they really wasn't too bad in price. I feel that they did a good job all around. I would use them for future plumbing needs.
