It was excellent; amazing customer service!  He went above and beyond the call of duty.  I had no idea what I wanted and he was very patient.  Highly recommend this company.

Outstanding work.  Bill Layton, the proprietor, is very prompt and does a thorough job, including an excellent job of advising on options for running services.  I've called on him several times over the years:  in 2007 I had him professionally wire the walls in my family room for 7.2 surround sound, which included the 3 front speakers, 2 sidewall speakers, 2 in-wall rear speakers, and provisions to run 2 subwoofers in the front corners of my room.  In addition, he ran HDMI cables and support wiring from behind my large stereo cabinet to not only the surround speakers, but to connections behind my 65" plasma HDTV, which he ably mounted above my family room fireplace. And lastly, he ran wiring for a remote IR sensor setup above my TV, so I could utilize a single master remote to operate my stereo, cable, and TV equipment.  The results were awesome and it was a very clean installation, utilizing my crawlspace to run all the wiring out of sight and up inside the walls of my family room, which was not engineered with these connections when the home was built in 1991.   I liked Bill's work so well, I had him come back a year later and wire my master bedroom to provide a wall-mounted 37" LCD HDTV and a 5.1 surround sound system with ceiling-mounted rear speakers.  In addition, I had him come back and run wiring through my crawlspace to connect a separate amp/tuner to outdoor speakers in my screened-in porch so we could have music on the back porch for warm weather picnics.
Bill is an excellent source of information for any home AV project and he is extremely reasonable in his labor rates. He has proven to be an honest and resourceful contractor and I would recommend his services to anyone.

This company was very proficient and thoughtful from the start. I was surprised at how helpful they were on the phone to begin with. The owner Bill talked to me a good while helping me figure out the best solutions and made very good suggestions that were not at all about him making a profit. In fact, he didn't even know if he would have the job at that point. He came out and did an evaluation and then submitted an estimate that was very fair for the service performed. He scheduled and arrived to do the install within weeks. They were on time and did the job with careful attention to detail. They were very organized, clean, quiet and nice to have around the house - this says a lot as you don't often see that. Bill came back to adjust the cameras/system and even brought a better connector that he'd mentioned earlier. He did what he said he was going to do which is too often unheard of. He did not mind my wanting the cameras exactly where I wanted them and was patient in getting everything exactly right. I would recommend them in a minute to anyone.

It's very good and they did the job well. They have a reasonable price and they're incredibly reliable. We came 2 or 3 times for different times.

Excellent, very thorough, close attention to detail and didn't rush the job. Very professional and pleasant to have in my house during the whole process. I definitely recommend them, would use again and appreciate the install. Took my headache away and gave me peace of mind. Couldn't ask for anything more from a company.

Overall, I was pleased with the service. I felt the price was appropriate for the service provided. The technicians were clean, polite, and professional.
The task was a little more complicated than expected. The previous wall mount needed to be removed and replaced with another to accomodate the 60 inch TV. We had to schedule another visit to finish the work which could not be completed on the first visit. I was expecting a call from the company when they had the parts and were ready to return, but I had to call to set up the second visit. After my call, the response was quick.
I highly recommend them.

I would give them A's across the board. I was very happy with the work and the professionalism. What I liked about the owner is that he made recommendations about the equipment that I knew nothing about. My choices were all wrong. His recommendations were not more expensive; he recommended some different items for me that actually ended up costing me less. It's been an excellent system and I have had no problems. He even came back and taught me how to use the remote.

I contacted FUTURETECH for an estimate to set up a media room and install my current LCD flat screen TV. The company owner showed up to look at my room and existing equipment (TV, DVD player, iPod), and provide an estimate. The estimate included equipment, retro cabling, labor and training. He was on time, courteous and professional. He gave me what I felt was a fair estimate for the amount of work ahead. On the day work was to begin he was again prompt and started right away to create my new media room. He had his work cut out for him because my house was built in 1978 and there were some hidden surprises behind the walls when he ran the retro cabling. This did not appear to rattle him. He ran the cabling and installed the speakers and subwoofer. I had the LCD TV which he mounted and placed nicely on the wall where it was a perfect height for optimal viewing. He provided the receiver and BluRay player that I chose from the choices he provided - and I took his suggestions because I'm not an expert. He hooked up my existing DVD player and showed me how I can run my iPod through the surround system. I was very impressed with his patience and knowledge.The job was completed in a very reasonable amount of time with very little disruption. They cleaned up after themselves, did not leave any debris on my wood floors or carpet. You could not tell retro cabling had been installed - my walls are in perfect condition. I was also impressed with the amount of training provided on the system and the universal remote which they programmed for me. They did not leave before ensuring I knew how to use my new system. I especially love the one button (click) universal remote and listening to my iPod through the surround system.I recommend FUTURETECH for your audio visual needs.
