 + -1 moreThe quality of a company is not determined by the problems they encounter but by the way they treat people when there are issues. This was the most "stand-up" experience I have had in a long time. Once the problem was diagnosed they handled the situation quickly. I was pleasantly surprised and completey satisfied.
Description of Work: I purchased a gas log from Ferguson last December. It worked fine at first, but then went bad. They resolved the sitution quickly and to my complete satisfaction.
