Was referred to Nick from Pyramid Roofing. He was responsive and was able to fit me in his schedule within a week. Came out on a weekend replaced the missing and damaged pieces and took care of some other loose siding he discovered along the way.

Nick was prompt at our appointment for an estimate at my Dad's house. He was both professional and courteous and his price was fair. While I was not present when he or his employee actually did the work, it was done very well. He installed the gutters on my home 2 years ago, and I did not hesitate to call him again. I will refer him to anyone who asks.

Went very smoothly.  All materials and equipment were provided and operated with minimal interruption.  Nick was extremely professional and courteous and executed the project exactly as he explained he would.  Exterior Home Improvement proved to be an excellent choice for gutter installation that came at half the cost of "high end" gutters.

Did a complete job in minimal time with maximum cleanup.

He was very professional, but I would not use him again. He took about three weeks to do the work.

Upon contacting Nick, he agreed to come look at our house and provide an estimate on Saturday which was great for us since we didn't have to take time off work.  When he arrived, we told him that depending on price, we had three options.  The first was to replace the existing gutter and install a new gutter on the higher level roof that drains onto the lower roof.  This would take care of our immediate problem.  The second option was to also add new gutters to the rest of the back of the house, mainly to keep water from draining on our HVAC system.  And the third choice was to install gutters on the entire house. (We wanted leaf guards regardless of which option we chose.)  Nick worked out three estimates and we were pleasantly surprised at the cost.  As a result, we chose to do the entire house.  Nick was able to have his crew come out that week and it was not necessary for us to be at the house.  They were finishing up when I arrived home after work.  Everything looked good and the yard was clear of any debris from their work.  We have had a couple of storms since then and everything seems to be draining correctly.  And there is no longer a cascade onto the back door.  Very pleased with the work.
One note:  The greeting on Nick's answering machine did not indicate that this was a business.  I thought I had a wrong number so I hung up and rechecked the number.

Everything went very well and we are very pleased with the work. We are looking forward to not having to have our gutters and downspouts cleaned several times a year.

1. Nails were left everywhere.  2.  Found where the water is overflowing and e-mailed owner. He called and  promised to come and see but to date he has not been here.  3. During the initial visit, owner showed me where wood had to be replaced.  I asked if I could provide the wood and have the work done.  He agreed. I didnt get a chance to check before he left; only after did I notice the wood had not been changed. In fairness to the owner, he has not had a opportunity to see and discuss this point but again, he promised to come back and has yet arrived. 

Nick, the owner, came out and gave me an estimate of $2000.00 ( $1900.00 after Angie's coupon) after we discussed my concerns and needs.  We decided on 5 inch gutters with Gutter Warrior gutter guards and 3x4 inch downspouts.  We decided to change the sloping on the front to allow for an extra downspout and avoid overloading the other 2 downspouts. 



Nicks' crew (Tony and Reggie) came out and did a great job including the clean-up.  Nick arrived at the end to ensure everything was to my satisfaction.  Everybody was professional and pleasant to interact with.



After a storm on Sunday, 8/11/2013, I contacted Nick and left a message that my extended black extension tubing was not fitting tightly enough with the larger diameter downspouts  He and his crew arrived early the next day and rectified the problem by shoving the tubing farther up the downspout.



My experience with Exterior Home Improvement has been outstanding.  They are a small operation and had a lot of jobs to complete before mine, but it was worth the short wait.

Nick was a pleasure to work with. I bought an Angie's list special for 100 feet of covered gutter. Nick came out to see what I wanted done and I showed him the entire job. He gave me a very reasonable estimate to replace all my gutters and downspouts. No pressure selling, Nick explained the products, installation, and warranties. He managed to fit me into his schedule very quickly when another job was rescheduled. The work is quality and Nick is a true professional.

On time, finished and cleaned up/ worked in heavy rain.  Professional.

My new Angie's list membership has already paid off. Nick came out to do an estimate and I liked him right away. I didn't feel pressured or rushed, and my instincts told me he was trustworthy. When he and his employee Tony came to do the work they were personable, professional and on time. I felt that they took pride in their work and in spite of the 90 degree  heat and even spats of "tropical" rain they worked long and hard rather than taking short cuts. They cleaned everything before they left. It did take a little while to get the written estimate, but I think it's because they are in demand and keeping busy.
 I am very pleased with the work, my new gutters and roof repair look great. I will absolutely use them again and recommend them to my neighbors. Thanks Nick and Tony for your hard work!

He had a slight delay due to a family problem with one of his workers, but had communicated the delay with us right from the start.  I appreciated this, and believe highly in family values, and in communication.  This was only a delay in setting up with the initial overview of the project, so it was only a minor set back.  Once we started off, which was only a few days later, we were off and running.  Again, very professional, and I have high standards.  While I do not always 'dis' someone, I do not always recommend them.  I do, however, recommend these guys!

I contacted Mr. Nick White on Monday for an estimate.  He met me Tuesday at the property, examied the job, answered all my questions and provided a verbal estimate.  I agreed to his terms.  He followed up with an electronic written estimate.  The work began two days later as promised.  The work was completed in approximately four hours.  He installed a seamless gutter system with a perferated metal hood to keep out leaves.  All work was completed satifactorily, professionally and reasonably.  The cost was $1040.00 for about 130 feet of guttering and four downspouts.  The job was peformed exactly as Nick promised; date, time and cost.  I am very satisfied with Mr. White's service.
