Overall, Estelle's Cleaning was very good and very detailed for portions of the house. Great vacuuming, Great Dusting, AMAZING Window cleaning. However, there was lots of "comet" residue left in the bathrooms and our laminate floors were left looking very streaky; possibly because of improper cleaning chemicals used. Estelle's communication with us was very prompt and very professional. When we contacted her about the comet residue and a few other issues, she immediately apologized and accepted responsibility.

I've been using Estelle for 4 years now and wouldn't have it any other way. It started with a move out and now she cleans my new home as well. Professional. Prompt. A+ service. She has a key to my home because I trust her just that much!

They were fantastic. Estelle was very easy to talk to, her crew was effective and efficient. She was very encouraging to one of her new hires. My favorite part was their cleaners smell so clean! They took their time on the details without taking forever! They were always gentle with my delicate pictures and decor. I could not say enough about Estelle and her crew.

Estelle is fantastic. Because it is a second home we have no set schedule but she always is able to fit us into her schedule and do a great job!

It went exceptionally well... not only did she provide us the basic cleaning expected, she was able to use her knowledge and experience to get out stains that were impossible. (for example melted crayon on carpet, a stove and oven that was caked with grime,  filthy flooring that was stained under the washing machine from oils, and pet stained carpets, etc...) She preformed exceptional detailed cleaning from the stoves to the floors, windows, and bathrooms. She even stayed longer than planned to make sure the job was well done. We had our walk through with inspection and passed the very first time... the inspector even commented on how clean it was compared to how others leave their homes (military housing). All in all, we are very pleased with her performance and plan to use her services in the future.
