ENTERPRISE BACKUP, INC

We have been clients of Enterprise Backup, Inc. for several years. EBI installed a secure (encrypted) off site backup service for us that replaced our (unreliable) tape backup system. The system backs up all of the critical data on our computer server every night during the overnight hours. The information that changes each day is encrypted in the office BEFORE being sent over the internet to EBI's remote servers. Our information is stored in THREE locations, greatly reducing the possibility that they data will be lost due to a natural or man made disaster at any one of EBI's server farms. We receive confirming e-mails each day telling us that the backup has completed successfully (or not), so we can feel confident that the backup worked each night. When a backup is unsuccessful (rare), we get a call the next day from EB,I and if the problem appears to be at our end, they are out THAT DAY to troubleshoot the problem. Every six months EBI comes out to do a review of our backup configuration, to be sure we are backing up what we need to, and only what we need to. The company is very responsive, and their service is reasonably priced. Keith says, "Our business is keeping you in business," and that is most certainly true. I sleep better at night knowing that, God forbid, if our building burns down or floods, at least our critical data is safe.
