East Coast Appliance & Electronics

The hood can't be repaired because East Coast Appliance did not order the correct parts.  We have to stick with them because it's too late to go to another company.    We first called them in May and this is now almost the end of summer.  Have no idea when this repair will be finished  We called another company to deal with the dishwasher repair.

The salesman at the store was very friendly and explained everything very well. I had never heard of this type of washer before, but he was true to his word and it works great. The new washer has an automatic water level and even re-uses some of the water during the wash to save on water useage. It does not use more water than it needs. It has a great spin dry so I have a spent less time drying too. I am very pleased with this new washer and it does a great job. If I need a new dryer any time, I will buy the matching dryer from them.
