talks a good game, does not follow through, I paid more than half the fee for less than half the job done then he disappeared.

David does good work, but it took several days to get it done. The first reschedule was the owner fault due to the electrical outlets not working, but the next two times he had excuses for why he could not show. I also had to call him back to redo a part that was not a part of the original job. His actual work is excellent. Davis is cordial and works efficiently once he gets started.

He demanded more money than agreed to finish the job.

I will be calling him again for additional work.

I hired Mr. Manuel to hang four curtain rods. He told me that he would be able to do this project. He hung the curtain rods, but left me with additional holes in the wall and a scratched up new curtain rod ($50).

David and his guy were professional. When an issue arose that needed to be addressed, he did so. The work and customer service was good.

I hired David to install a bathroom exhaust fan. David did not have all of the tools necessary to complete the job. He started by asking if he could use some of my tools, then started going to my tool box without even asking. At the conclusion of the job, I noticed that one of my screw drivers was missing. In my opinion, his work was terrible and very unprofessional. Rather than just stating that he couldn't do the job, he "rigged" something together that barely worked and looked terrible to me. Once he left the job, the exhaust fan stopped working again. David scratched the ceiling all up around the exhaust fan and refused to fix it. He left the bathroom a mess and refused to clean it up. There was dirt and debris everywhere. Because David did not have the expertise to repair/replace the exhaust fan, it took him a lot longer than expected. Then, he tried to charge us more money. I'm not sure where David got his training. I feel he is self taught, because he does not really seem to know what he is doing in most cases. Please be cautious if you chose to use him. He will probably leave your house in a mess and the work will likely be of very poor quality at best.

Prompt and professional

I found David to be very professional. He has a good eye because the drywall would not correct the outstanding problem which caused the dry wall issue. He found the cause of the drywall by investigation and inquiry and ensured the job was done properly.

Mr. Manuel was polite and seems nice. Other than that I do not have much to say but how frustrated we were for the time frame given and the amount of time allotted each time he shows up to work. I worked for hospitality industry and his type of work will never be acceptable in our business. I guess I should have known that from the time he provided me the contract (very unprofessional format) but I took his words as he himself indicated his words is binding where he came from. I guess its true that you get what you pay for. He did not seem to have everything he needed for the project and always has an excuse. Never again would we use your recommendation... It's been a nightmare for entire my family. Abandoned job! I will not recommend. This was a complete waste of our time.

David responded promptly and did a great job with the exterior pressure washing on my house. He was very thorough and I'll definitely hire him again for future projects.
