David Caggiano

I can't say enough good things about David and his team. After dealing with a very bad agent the last time I bought a house, you could say I was a little doubtful of the intentions of any and all agents I interviewed. I assumed they were going to lie to me, or pressure me down the wrong path for a better commission, etc. But thankfully, I happened upon reviews about David Caggiano, and he lived up to the hype. From the very start, David has been an amazing agent to have in my corner - a true hard working and knowledgeable professional who obviously enjoys his work and takes good care of his clients. And you know, he's just a genuinely good guy. I imagine that I was probably a very difficult case for David and his team. I had an impossible schedule to work around, was always asking to change times for showings (I worked nights and rarely got any sleep), and had high expectations to boot. David and Leah, his right hand woman in selling/buying my home, always met and exceeded my expectations. They were consistently flexible, helpful, communicative, and went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Also, David hired an amazing photographer and stager, neither of which cost me a penny, but it certainly helped with the sale of my house. My listing looked amazing, and we got a good amount of traffic because of it. Leah was also phenomenal. They make a fantastic team, and she was always on top of absolutely everything and very nice to work with. I will definitely be using this team again if/when I ever go to sell my house. I feel lucky to have had such a great team in my corner, and I only wish I'd found them sooner.
