Stay away. Was supposed to diagnose and repair a broken heat pump. Ramsey was working through the "Total Protect" home warranty company. He initially diagnosed the problem as a bad thermostat and sols us a new one. He left for the day. Problem remained. He came back to look at the unit and now diagnosed the problem as a bad defroster control board. He told us he could have the board in a few days. After a few days we called for status -board will be in tomorrow..., After a few more days...board will be in tommorw, ...a few more days, baord is in I need to pick it up,...then it was not in, then it was in again... This went on for two and a half weeks. After several calls, he then said he had the board, it will be installed tomorrow - this went on for another week. After a dozen calls to the warranty company and as many stories from them, we finally had the service call assigned to a reputable company.

I am completely unsatisfied with the work that was done. First of all, the company had agreed to complete the job by Thanksgiving then when that did not happen, it was supposed to be completed by Christmas. It ended up not being completed until May, while all along I was paying a mortgage for a house that I couldn't even live in, plus I was also paying to live elsewhere. The work that was done on my house was very poor. I had just put custom window shades in my living room before the flood happened and when the workers had to put new sheet rock in my living room, the sheet rock ended up overlapping the windows so my window shades no longer fit. I asked them to redo the work and they refused. I would not at all recommend this company to anyone.
