Locally owned and operated in Newport News, VA since 1996! We provide a wide variety of computer and laptop hardware choices, both used and new. Full retail store front stocked with latest and hard to find parts. Custom built PCs and Gaming Computers. Dale is a U.S. Army Veteran with over 12 years experience repairing and building custom computer systems. He is known by his clients to be the go-to guy for nearly everything computer related (other than Apple). Dale is always committed to getting the job done right and on time to keep the client happy and wanting to return. Dale and Sunni purchased Cyber Exchange from Brian and April Crosson in September 2015 with the intent of keeping the business operating like it has been since 1996. Yes, I recommend this pro
I've been using them for years. They can do things there that nobody else will do for you like for instance, I have Lotus 123. It is 30 years old but I decided to keep it. The trouble is you can't get that installed in any other place except there. They have one guy who is in there all the time. Another guy comes in and he's got tremendous knowledge of specialties. If you want to get a used computer that's in fantastic condition, go there. I'd bought a used one to begin with. The owner of this place also works down in Florida and he comes back about once every four weeks. He's just great. It didn't cost me a cent because he wasn't able to do what I wanted him to do. A lot of guys charge for just looking at it.
