The company had an advertisement saying they were selling windows. They sent out a rep who was the installer and salesman. He did the measurements and said the price of the windows would be 6037.50 with tax. I sent money to Costco and they made the windows in 2-3 weeks. It took them a little over a half of a month to get the windows made. I was then charged another 3335 to install the windows by that same person. Once the windows were installed, I noticed the noise levels from the outside had increased than it had been with my old windows. They asked me to do a survey and I explained that to them but never got any response at all.

I later began hearing a whistling sound and the installer had to come back out. He tried shifting the windows which didn't help. He had to come out again and ended up putting some caulking by the trim- which stopped the whistling sound. I also found the windows were not centered or level and there was air coming in around the windows, as they were not sealed properly. I feel my home is now less energy efficient than it was before the windows were installed.

Found what I wanted. Checkout easy. Enough checkout lines to handle all the people. Unlike Walmart.

Excellent service. Good selection of tires in stock. Sunday mornings are a great time to beat the crowds.

I like their price, which was half what I've been quoted elsewhere. They provide everything you need that's related to the hearing aid including some spare parts if you need them like rechargeable batteries and a charger. They take their time. They apparently have pretty good software that gauge its hearing loss and adjusts the aids accordingly. I've been very happy with the aids. They're very good at answering questions and they're available. You can leave a message for them even when they're not there and they'll call you back.

Costco has terrific hearing aids for the money. It's quite a value. Their communication, customer service, and professionalism are excellent.

They have always been good.
