The work was done adequately enough but dealing with Cory Newell, the owner was horrible. The payment was not made at closing and due to a misunderstanding regarding the loan and draw terms. Cory harassed my contractor, the title company and myself and placed a lien on the house even though payment was made on an invoice that was just over thirty days old and then charged $250 to remove it. The initial visit in April was $125, this was actually their second visit which didn't cost anything. We just moved into a new house and discovered we had cockroaches.
