These guys always do a great job, they don't and quot;dream upand quot; work on their yearly inspection like a lot of companies do just to get more out of you. I have had several different guys come out over the years and everyone has been professional a willing to explain what they are doing and how to improve things. I have also used this company for installing doors, again they did a top notch job for a reasonable price.
The only slightly negative thing that I can say about this company is that the cost is a little high for exterminating, but not too bad, and you get what you pay for.

They are always courteous on the phone, punctual, and thorough. They have measured with a moisture meter for humidity levels.
Their professionals take time to answer questions about a space I will never venture. They write comments on the yearly report and treat the perimeter of the house with granules after the termite inspection. Very nice company to deal with.

I have used the company for the last 7 years. The last visit I was told of the need for extensive work. Other company refuted this need and I was ignored, then treated unprofessionally after I complained.

Provider came to my property in Aug and gave me a price of 3500 with a 10% if I paid in cash.
After some phone calls in which they answered all my questions and walked me through what they would do I scheduled the work. The work in the crawlspace was scheduled to take place over 2 days and 1 week later they would apply the fungicidal treatment. Work was scheduled for mid-Oct but a massive downpour took place which flooded my crawlspace. I got the water out and they came out again to check the crawl to ensure that it was safe to work down in. A new date was agreed on.
Workers came out and worked 2.5 days to replace wood in the crawlspace. Workers were professional. Workers even replaced some damaged wood that was not part of the initial contract.
I had 3 issues with the work:
1. When they did the fungicidal treatment I had a panic attack when I looked into my crawlspace and saw it was blue. I didn't realize the crawlspace was going to be left in a smurf-like state.
2. In order to the joists into the crawl they had to pull out a crawlspace vent. The crawlspace vent does not fit the same as it once did but some caulk around the seams seems to hold the vent in place.
3. When they maneuvered the joists into the crawlspace, while they were able to successfully maneuver it up, over, and around 5k worth of new ductwork, they did create a 3in. tear in the insulation only around the main-duct-trunk line. Though, it is nothing that some foil-tape cannot fix.

Tom Lovett with Colonial checked everywhere under the house, very thorough, and gave a good report and recommendations for reduction of minor moisture problem. Plan to schedule annual checkup and will use for future services.

Technicians were courteous and professional. Explained exactly what they were going to do. Arrived exactly on time and with the right supplies and equipment. The technicians worked outside in the heavy rain to complete installation of vents. All in all, I highly recommend this company for pest control and associated repairs.

Colonial made a prompt appointment with me and I went to rental house to meet with them. They were late (45 min..) but they did call to tell me that. It was election day and person was delayed in the long lines at the poles. I thought he could have made his appointment and went to polls at another time, so I was annoyed. Once he got there, he looked at our damage on the house and said it was from black ants. They were dormant at the time but he explained what the problem was and why we had them on oiur house. We agreed to have have a quarterly insect control on the home to prevent another outbreak of these ants that were damaging the wood in our home. Person was friendly, knowledgable in the area of insects and control and gave me a break in the cost of quarterly insect control. Only thing I gave them lower rating was the punctuality because they were considerably late to their appointment with me.

It was a positive experience. They were professional. They were thorough and I plan to use them again the future.

Work to exterminate pests was promised in three months. After the first treatment at least 80% of problem solved. The second treatment resulted in about 90% of the remaining 20% was solved. The final treatment has completely removed the pests.

A friend recommended this company and when I also saw it on Angie's List I decided to give it a try. We were having a flea problem for the first time. One visit and the problem is gone. You cannot ask for better results.

I have used them for 20 years maybe. When I bought my house, I just got them. They kill the spiders and do my yearly termite inspection. Its wonderful service. Their pricing is average.

I feel very comfortable with them. I feel they are very honest.

We were having a roach issue and they came out and since they have came we have not had a problem since.

They are always outstanding. They come dressed professionally and they are clean. They introduce themselves and they explain what they are doing before they do it and if they are any problems they tell you how they are going to fix it. My price is outstanding. Everything is excellent. I have used them for the last 30 years and they are outstanding.

If there is something unusual, like a rat or a raccoon, they take care of that as well. We had them, we were under contract, there were some old damage found and they did a wonderful job of repairing it.

They are great. I have been using them for 27 years. Their price is good. I would rate them highly. I would use them again in the future.
