Rob and rest of the CertaPro team were awesome! The quote was much lower than other places, they finished the job quickly, all the guys were extremely nice, and they cleaned up after themselves (even when I told them not to worry about it). 10/10 highly recommend and will be using again!

Saw the good reviews and I agreed to go through with the work as the price was amazing for what I wanted done. I was quoted 2 days, but it ended up being 3 (which is fine). I had to reschedule a couple times due to work (which is on me and not the staff) for the unexpected 3rd day. The scheduling POC, Rachel, put me down for a day I stated in an email I was unavailable for. Luckily, I reached out prior to that day as she miscommunicated to me about something else. She said the team possibly may be able to come out (a week prior to the day I was unavailable) after they finished another job in the morning. I reached out when they didn’t show to schedule and that’s when she said that message was meant for someone else. Which wasted my time On the 3rd day, the team did not remove outlet covers and cover my furniture as they were supposed to (I removed everything from walls/surrounding area for them). They did this initially for the first two days of work so I am unsure why they didn’t this time. Now I have to go clean my outlet covers for paint left on them when they should’ve been taken off the wall (noticed it after they left). Luckily none of my furniture was damaged by paint.

The crew did a great job, even did some extras when they saw something that needed to be done. Cleanup was particularly good, and every day they showed me what they did the previous day to make sure I was satisfied

Certapro team did a great job once again at our house. They have been painting for us, interior and exterior, for about a dozen years. Always do a beautiful job. The paint crews are diligent and hardworking and don't leave until every detail is right. We wouldn't hire anyone else for painting!

Absolutely outstanding. Brandon and his crew were professional, functional and polite. There attention to detail was first class and CertaPro's pricing was very competitive and fair. I would highly recommend CertaPro without hesitation.

It went very well. Brien was efficient and is an excellent painter. He really cared about the quality of his work. This is my second experience with CertaPro and I would recommend them to other customers. I have Williamsburg wall colors originally from Pratt & Lambert, then on to Benjamin Moore. I was pleased with the color match. I also had an accent wall in Prussian Blue painted in the master bedroom and it looks great.

Worked to satisfy us

NOT GREAT. Job was rushed from the very beginning. Prep work was almost nonexistent. Had to have them come back four times to re work the many areas that were missed and redo areas where paint was failing due to not being properly prepared before painting. Even after the return visits finished product is still not up to par with amount charged. Feel like we received a third rate paint job for a first rate price. To top it all off they used a different product then we discussed at great length during the quoting process! The only positive is they did respond quickly to our issues, however I felt like they should have paid us to inspect their job since it was apparent they didn't.

They were prompt, courteous and did a good job. I had a few spots that needed to be repainted and they were happy to come back.

Certa pro was great to work with. They showed up each time on time and did what they said they were going to do.
We had new carpet being put in after they painted the place. I appreciated that they worked with the carpet company to make color recommendations before the painting job started.

The team was very efficient , they always arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. Pleasant workers.

Great from start to finish.  The estimate was much cheaper than competitors but we trusted the reviews and went with them. The crew was punctual hard working and communicated well throughout the whole job. The quality of work was terrific and done efficiently. Unfortunately our garage door was damaged when paint stuck it closed.  I left an email on Friday for the crew leader to let him know about the damage and to my surprise the owner himself contacted me that weekend and the damage was repaired immediately with no hassle. All this and they were the least expensive of all local competitors! Definitely go with these guys. Total pros.

hey were in constant communication as the job progressed (I was not on site during the job).  They kept me up to date on issues.  Their painting job was thorough and professional.  Their estimate was at the high end of the estimates I got, but I knew that up front.  I will use them again when I have another big painting job.

When we moved here from out of state we had several estimates for painting the interior of our home. We were impressed with the thorough estimate that Mark gave us, complete with pictures.  Jeff helped with color choice on a couple of rooms whee I was having trouble getting the right shade.  The team that came to do the painting was fabulous.  Because we had have our household good delivered before the house was painted, they had to work around piles of furniture and boxes.  The crew was ;pleasant and very careful of our possessions.  They did a wonderful job and were a pleasure to have in our home.
When we needed our exterior painted a year later, there was no question who we would use.  We had the same crew and they did another great job. They handled the repair and replacement of some rotted wood as well as the painting.  Jeff  and the crew supervisor were very responsive to any questions or issues we had. And six months later, when we just had an area where the paint had peeled Jeff came back and pointed out a gutter issue, suggested someone to repair it and repainted the area

Initially there were some very minor miscommunications, but after that it all went very smoothly and fast.  The team was very pleasant, punctual, efficient, and professional.  Overall, good communications and follow-up.  They were a pleasure to work with.

The exterior trim of our house was in bad shape. This company gave us a very good quote and was quite responsive to all our questions via phone, email, and text. They were able to start work quite quickly and finished the job (which involved pressure washing, scraping, caulking, priming, and painting) over parts of three days. They were very good about calling ahead to let us know when they would arrive and what they thought the next day's schedule would look like. They were courteous and left the worksite quite clean. 
So far, we are very happy with what we can see of the work performed with the exception of one door that could probably use another coat of white paint to really cover the old darker color. We will update in the future if we see anything else.

The painter did a fair job; however, he did not fix settlement cracks on his first attempt. Thus, I had to go back, and show him previously painted areas that still showed the settlement cracks. Also, I expected the painter to use more drop cloths.  After I showed him a paint drop on the wooden floor in the sunroom, he paid closer attention to keeping the wood floors free of paint drops.  The painter's strengths are his responsiveness and punctuality.  I'll be less inclined next time to select a painter based on price, and more inclined to pay more for a painter who requires less oversight and provides higher quality work.

I can't imagine it going any better.  Worth every penny I paid and I don't say that too often.  Detailed estimate, very helpful and friendly paint crew, punctual, attention to details.

I spoke with several painters through Angie's list and one recommend by our realtor, however, we went with Certapro for a few reason.  They were very professional over the phone.  During my initial call, they said they could come out for an estimate the following week, however, when I informed them our move date was dependent on start date, etc and would need an estimate from a company prior, they made accommodations.   Mark Stephens came out for the estimate and he was extremely professional in his demeanor, appearance and knowledge.  He came out for a reassessment after we explained our budget and gave suggestions on what could be done differently to trim costs, as well as helped us pick out paint colors with respect to undertones and lighting in the room. 

They got their team of at least 7 painters on the job earlier than anticipated and was able to finish a job in 5 days, what would have taken other companies around 1-2 weeks.  The crew was there early and stayed late, never saw them "resting".  The job itself was very good and we are impressed with the amount of work the crew put into it. 

The weather was bad and although the job was inside some days it was impossible for the guys to get to the job, so it ended up taking longer than anticipated.   The crew kept a positive attitude and never rushed or cut corners.

They provided a great service.  Did a wonderful job.  Also let me know about some wood that was rotting and that they needed to replace.  Also finished on schedule.
