Casey BMW

I purchased my vehicle through Casey Honda and they recommended I service through BMW since it was a higher end car. I purchased the tires online and had them shipped to Casey BMW. When I picked up my car they installed 2 of the tires I purchased and 2 other ones at a lower quality. Also, rather than matching up the tires to be a matching pair in front and matching pair in back, they put the same brand tires on the left and a different brand on the right side of the car. If I didn't know what I purchased I may not have noticed this. When I informed them of this error they said that is what I bought. I showed them my receipt and then they went back to check their service department. They realized they had serviced another vehicle at the same time and put 2 of my tires on that car. They then removed my tires from the other vehicle to install them on my car. This extended the time my car was in the shop. It was a frustrating process to "prove" it was not my fault but theirs. I will never go here again to service my vehicle! I gave a D because they did fix the problem without additional cost on my end. **I don't recall how much this was since it was several months ago.

I would use them again. They did as requested. The communication was fairly good. They always do a phone call and its is up to my expectations.

I'm not happy with the car and the service. Their customer service is poor. I have no other choice. They lock you in.

Great. Did 25000 mile service and inspection. Fantastic dealership and service department. Told us what was needed and what wasnt really needed. Very honest and good personal service.

No problems

My car is under warranty as a certified pre-owned BMW, so I pulled up to the door and they opened the garage and waived me right in. I did not have to wait at all. The mechanic walked over and asked how I am, and introduced me to Joe, a service representative who would check out my car. He scanned my key and performed the fluid checks. He showed me where I could help myself to a cup of coffee, but before I even took a sip the servicing was already finished so he gave me a to-go lid. He found out I am new to the area so he gave me a handful of pamphlets and a map of the area. He also invited me to an event they would be having the next weekend so I could meet some fellow local BMW owners. I ended up making friends at the event and had dinner with them the next weekend. The next time I went back to get my tires filled with air I was greeted with a hug. They are very personable and perform services fast!

My experience was good and I am on an extended warranty with them, so they cover everything.
