Both jobs completed on time and on budget. Several months after tiled shower was completed, we noticed a crack in one of the corner tiles. (Probably should have been two separate tiles instead of cutting an "L" out of a larger tile.)  Called the store and explained the problem.  They said no problem we'll get somebody out to fix it.  That was three months ago.  Multiple emails, trips back to store.  Always a smile and we'll get it fixed.  Still waiting.

Good and bad.
Picking the tile:
The salesperson in the showroom was very nice and very accommodating to our schedules.  She showed us a lot of tile and did not rush us or push us to make decisions.  We really enjoyed working with her.  On the downside, we could never seem to get a price for an individual item - like how much is the tile for bathroom 1 floor going to cost?  They would provide a detailed estimate for the entire house and update it when we made a change but that took a day or two each time.  We found it very difficult to compare tile A cost with tile B cost for a whole job - yes, we know the difference in each tile but could not seem to get an answer to how many tiles estimated for each portion of the job.  We also could not seem to get an answer to how much was tile and how much was labor.  The estimate would give you cost for BOTH the tile and labor by the SQ ft for the portion of the project.  This became quite frustrating because we didn't want to ask them over and over for new estimates.
The install:
We used Brunk because the site supervisor recommended them and said they did the best job.   They did a really nice job in some areas and a not so good job in others.  I noticed they put the wrong tile up for an accent area of the kitchen backsplash and they were very good about admitting the error and replacing it and i had no complaints with how they handled it.  My floors, and the upstairs bathrooms were done reasonably well.  However, the master bath must have gotten the lowest install team.  Grout covered areas in the decorative tile that should not have been covered.  I can say this because we had the same decorative tile in an upstairs bathroom and the grout up there was as it should have been.  Grout was also left on the middle of several tiles.  I still have grout on some tiles that I have to figure out how to try to scrape off without damaging the tiles.  The corners of the master shower were cut so that the lines did not match up, I find it a bit irritating each morning when I shower, but I sort of convinced myself that you can't have it perfect unless you do it yourself so it is what it is.  The faucets on the master bath tub were left with large gaps - should have had an extra small piece of tile but in lieu of that at least should have had grout.  The master shower grouting was poor - they left depressions in places where the wall meets the floor so water pools on the grout and cannot get to the drain.  We asked our site supervisor to have them come back and take care of some of the issues, especially the bathtub faucet issue and they never did.  I do not know if it was their fault or the supervisors fault, but I now will have to fix it myself.
Impression:
I have to say up front that I have no proof of this and it is only my impression, but I feel like they were dishonest.  We had a very small laundry room floor with some of the least expensive tiles and it was quite costly on the estimate.  We looked closer and inquired and found out that they had way over estimated the sq footage.  They did correct this, but we had no way of knowing about other estimates.  We came over in the evenings several times during the install and were amazed one evening when the master bathroom was almost complete to see a lot of boxes of tiles left over.  We asked for the leftover tiles that we had paid for, to which they agreed, and none were left behind for us.  We called and asked for them and were told they would "find what they could" and we could come and get them.  When we went to pick them up they had only a handful of tiles for us.  Again I have no proof, but we felt that we had paid for tiles not used and we did not get all the unused tiles.
So if you really dig to find price, sq footage, and and get the "A-team" for the install they may be fine, but I feel like this is a buyer beware situation, and I would never use them again.

Outstanding. The workers were experienced, knowledgeable and courteous. At the Store Front, Joyce and Lewis both helped us with tile and grout selection. It was a real pleasure doing business with this family owned firm.

They didn't want to work. Their customer service wasn't very good whatsoever. I did not end up going with them. I ended up going to a bigger chain store. I had a very big job that I was wanting to get done.

Brunk has countless years of experience and it showed on this job. Although it was not a big job for them, they took it just as seriously. The crew arrived first thing in the morning and immediately got to work. The measurements were precise and the carpet was stretched very tightly. They were well mannered, cleaned up all scraps and asked if we wanted to keep them. All in all it was a very professional job that was reasonably priced.
