Every time we use them, it's three in a row. They do excellent work. They're not the cheapest people in town probably, but they always do a good job and they're always basic. We know a person, we deal him so well. They're easy to deal with, very nice people and if you take your car in a day, 99% of the time, it's the standard routine it's done by them all, all is done in the same day.

Excellent service. I called in that my brake light and ABS light were on. They said to bring it right in. They diagnosed the problem and also looked for other issues (needed a value seal).
They called me to let me know the issue.
Since the car (Sienna van) had 214K miles, we had a discussion on whether it gets fixed or not. There was no
pressure but they suggested that we had more miles left on the car. They were able to get the car fixed the same
day … the bill came in $70 less than the estimate.

I've been using their services since 1989, and I won't use anyone else. I really enjoy working with Mike specifically. They always do excellent work for fair prices, are honest about the work that needs to be done, and do their best to find solutions that are satisfactory and still in my price range. In fact, they don't try to upsell me at all.

I was provided an estimate for the work within two hours of dropping off my vehicle. The work was completed when promised and the cost was about $400 under the estimate provided by the Ford dealer where all prior service and repairs had been done. The people at Bill Smith's Auto are courteous and competent. I will recommend Bill Smith's Auto to my family and friends for their auto repairs.

They are very personable. They were punctual, I don't smell it anymore, and the light is not on. They quoted me a price for the part and then they came back later and said they knocked $30 off because they had actually quoted me the price for the wrong part. Once I got home after having it repaired, they called me to tell me they forgot to screw down a cover, so they asked me if I would come back so they could fix it. They were very nice about it and when I got back he told me he fixed the part, took it for a test drive, and then something came up and he forgot. He remembered later and called me. They did a really good job, but I did have to go back. They were very quick in finding out what was wrong. I got there and within a couple hours they were finished. I thought it was really good that they called and had me come back because I would have never known. I had them show me where they were going to put in the new part, so when I got home I put the hood up and looked at the new part to make sure it was a new one. I already have a mechanic and the only reason I used them was because my mechanic was out and my car was smelling really bad because of the hose. Since I went over there and they did the hose, I let them fix the other part too. If it happened again where my mechanic was gone, I would use them again.

I called several days before to confirm that they could charge the system on an aftermarket AC system that I had installed in my 66 Mustang. They said they could and were familiar with the aftermarket brand I had used and provided a quote over the phone. I made an appointment for 4/12/12 at 9:30 AM. I arrived at the appointed time and the service writer took down the information and the charging instructions that came with the kit. Within 10 minutes they had pulled my car into the shop and were performing the work. The service manager consulted with me on several questions to make sure that the information was correct on the proper charge, etc. The system was charged, the belt that I had provided was installed and tensioned properly and the proper operation of the system was confirmed. At all times, the technician performing the work was respectful of the freshly painted exterior and restored condition of the car. The work was performed in a timely and highly professional manner. I was charged exactly what I was quoted. I am completely satisfied with the final product and the service I received.
