Bathrooms Made Easy by Ryan Inc

I can't say enough good things about Ryan! He came to do the estimate and was very up front with everything. When he came back with a window specialist because we needed to make window by tub much smaller so neighbors couldn't see in we showed him the tile we wanted put in shower. He said he will do what ever we wanted but told us he didn't recommend and he was afraid we wouldn't be happy in the long run. He was right we went tile shopping and found one MUCH better per his advice. I loved he would do what we wanted but offered advice...which we took on just about everything if not everything and can say so thankful we did. We added on as we went making it a longer project then expected but he never gave attitude and was very nice about it. He was super clean and cleaned up after himself everyday. We plan to have him do more work for us in future!!

Ryan did a fantastic job replacing our worn out shower stall with a much bigger and better custom tiled walk in shower. He demolished the old one, repaired damaged wood/walls, and built the new shower from scratch. He constantly kept us abreast of his schedule, happily answered all our questions, asked what 'we' were looking for in a shower, and helped us understand what configuration would work best for what 'we' wanted. Still very happy with it almost a year later. He's a very personable guy who obviously takes pride in his work. The contrast in the quoting process was dramatic. He kept asking us about what we would like to see done in the bathroom and discussed approaches and options to get what 'we' wanted. Bigger company's tried to spend way too much time talking about themselves rather than what 'we' were looking for.

Demolition and prep was done in a day and a half, with clean-up at the end of each day. No dirt or dust tracked in the house. He picked up tile that we purchased at Brunk Tile. He carefully worked around built in vanity with granite top, at our request. He reinstalled the shower pan, plumbing, waterproof coating. He installed shower tile floor, walls, shower ceiling, trim bullnose, installed bathroom floor. During each step he included us in any and all decision making, and made recommendations that we welcomed. He was extremely professional, courteous, neat, respectful, and punctual, and very skilled. He did all the work himself, and in 7 1/2 days the job was completed. (Other contractors quoted 3-4 weeks). Ryan made, what would normally be something to endure, easy and quick. The end results is absolutely beautiful! The results are exactly what we wanted, at a very fair price. We highly recommend Ryan Taylor, and will have him back to do more work in the future.
