The job ended up looking beautiful, high quality, and excellent craftsmanship. Their prices beat out three other contractor estimates with top-of-the-line products found also in Ferguson's show room in Newport News. They were quick to fix punch-list items, as expected with a job this large. Their crew accidentally threw away my toilet and they replaced it at no cost to me; a sign of a trustworthy company. I wish they had a crew that did finishing work, that would only improve their service.
