Pool and Spa Servicing
We were to pay some extra money to having the work done quickly. However it didn?t happen. They were just slow and we had an issue. I tried to call them several times for the same. They have called us may be twice or more than that to set up a time, but there has been no proper response. I have sent them a letter. They have called us erratically, but have never done what they said they would do. All we wanted them to do was to replace the screws in the main drain. The screws had come out and were not fastened properly. The issue has not been still resolved. The initial work that they did was fine. However their follow up service was not there. I didn?t pay them the extra cost in the end for the rush service because they were slow. I would not use them again in future.
