I was really pleased with them. It was an odd problem because something had died and it wasn't giving me hot water. They were able to replace the part and it's been months now and it's doing beautifully. They gave me the Angie's List discount and we also got a senior discount from them.

My freezer (1.5 yr old upright Frigidaire) stopped cooling.  ARofT came out on a service call and determined that it would be about a $650 repair to fix the cooling unit compressor/condensor.  I was surprised that the repair cost about as much as the freezer, and said I would call Frigidaire to see if the part was covered.(and why didn't their freezer last beyond 2 years...) After speaking to Frigidaire they offered to send the part if I would pay for the labor.  I called and told ARofT about this, gave them the reference numbers to call Frigidairs, etc. They said they would let me know when the part came in, and that I would have to pay laboor (which I knew)  Over a month later, I still hadn't had the repair completed, Frigidaire said the part hadn't been requested.  I called ARofT and they were VERY snippy with me, I called more than one time, spoke to 2 people and both were very rude, which I didn't understand (both kept talking to me like I was a moron and didn't know I'd have to pay labor for the work that was going to be done, just because I'd gotten the part already paid for) because they were the ones holding up my freezer getting repaired.  It wasn't until I joined Angie's list and wrote a note from your site that they called, apologized profusely and offered to take 20% off the price of the labor. No problems with the guy who came and did the repair, but those front end, "customer service" people drove me away. No way I would recommend them.  The job took over a month from initial estimate to actual repair. I mean, what if this were my refrigerator?

They were good.  The appliance guy was really nice.  He knew his business.  The price of the part was not his doing, but he was really knowledgeable.  He was prompt.  They were good on punctuality.  They were right on time.  They were in and out.  I would use them again.

I was not totally sure what was wrong with the washer, but I knew they fixed it, and they fixed it very quickly. There have not been any problems with it since. We have actually used this company many times in the past and they have always done a very good job for us. We would recommend this company to others. They price was covered under warranty.
