ANDERSON'S HOME & GARDEN SHOWPLACE

It was hard to think when I shopped or waited for my food due to what I can only describe as disjointed music that constantly played in the background but was a little loud. I like Anderson's except for the loud music. I've been there a few times but will probably not go back due to the loud music that seems to constantly play. When I shop or go out to eat, I like to relax and if the store plays music, I like it to be relaxing. I may be influenced to some degree by research that indicates that some music played in public places can be an additional stressor for a majority of people, even when they don't realize it. I would place the music Anderson chooses to play for its customers in that category.

They are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for and they are excellent!
They installed plants, mulch and brown river stone on the front yard and removed shrubs.
They pruned wax myrtle hedges, and installed brown river stone. Removed weeds from planter boxes and installed plants and mulch.
The biggest job was the installation of Synthetic lawn in side yard.
The whole job took 4 and 1/2 days. It was major work.
I can't say enough about Keith and Sid. They did the majority of the work and were great. Ed helped out 1 day and he was also great. They are professional, hard workers.

It went great. I found some great plants to add to my flower bed. The price was right, and the plants were healthy and smelled amazing.

Great experience. Anderson's visited our home, and discussed our desires and budget. Landscape designer drew up a plan with recommended plants. When proposal and price were agreed to, work was scheduled. Workers were professional--something all too rare today. They worked steady with a one hour lunch break that was often eaten in their truck. When there things we thought should be done, and we would ask about it, every time we got a polite and professional response that explain that what we wanted was already planned for, but that there was an actual issue for doing something first. When we made a couple of changes to plan after work started, each was accommodated--and at no additional cost. When work was completed the landscape designer who visited several times while work was ongoing, came with lunch and discussed the entire project to ensure we were satisfied. Many may not believe that one can actually have as good an experience as we did. This day and age it is indeed rare. Projected was completed as agreed and at price agreed. Best experience we have had in years with any company or contractor.

I love Anderson's and it is really nice. Its winter and I don't go there. They don't deal with the meal grow anymore; they deal with a lot organic stuff and it's really nice. They have a wonderful cafe; and all the food is so excellent and the service is beautiful. Even if I am not buying anything just going in there gives me a real good feeling. They know me and I am there all the time. When I visit quite often; they give a gift card and I get discounts. The people are just great. I don't visit too often this time of the year because I have no reason to. I have got all the health plants and I don't need any more of those. The last time I went there I spent maybe $200; but that's a small bit for me. In the spring when I am starting to do my vegetable garden and flowers; I spend a little bit more. It is the best one I have been to and I have been to other places. I can find exotic type of plants and vegetation and that's what I love too. The people are so knowledgeable. They don't have a really out there website showing everything; they just show a little bit to pick people's curiosity so that they come there. Not like a lot of other places on the web, where they show everything and people can buy online. That's why Anderson's are just local. I love quality and I will save a little money just to get something from them because I know it's worth it. I will use them again in the future and I can't wait till spring comes. They hold different classes there and I don't have to pay anything; and they tell about seeds, reseeding the lawn and certain types of soil, and I love that.

I loved the designer and his knowledge. In terms of service, he did not keep me informed when there were delays, he did not call and let us know. He did not always keep appointments. But when he did work, the work was fabulous. In terms of overall experience, it was always beautiful but I had lot of frustration in some areas. I would consider using their services again in the future, only if I was not in a hurry.

They did a good job and were timely. The price did seem a little high, but we had no other complaints with them.

They were excellent, we were definitely satisfied with the work that they did on our yard. Mostly I was impressed with the high quality of their work. They made sure to do the job the right way and they put in high quality shrubs. We got what we paid for and also they hauled away the old plants.

They did a very good job planting the trees. The trees are doing well and they're growing properly. They were very honest and helpful, and they didn't make a mess in the yard at all. Originally they said it would take five weeks but showed up in just 3 1/2 weeks. They had reasonable pricing.

They came out in advance to do up the plans with me and laid everything out. They were very easy to work with and they listened to what I wanted. They knew what they were doing and we were real satisfied with them. I didn t want to give out any prices on this.

I called around to find the best quote and they gave me the best one. They stuck to the price and for what was done I felt it was right. The shrubs look great and in bloom. This job took a day from start to finish.
