All My Sons Moving & Storage

Worst experience moving EVER!!!!! They damaged property & did not place boxes/furniture in designated rooms. They had additional fees & charges that were not disclosed & you pay BEFORE the job is finished, so you can?t dispute their services. At the end, there?s nobody to hold accountable, because even their corporate management is not responsive. DO NOT waste your money or your possessions on the expertise of All My Sons. I spent thousands on hiring people to clean up their mess & fixing/assembling furniture.

This was the worst moving company I have ever heard of. They completely destroyed expensive furniture and there is hardly a piece that they did not mar or make unusable. They literally send out four men and they actually dropped the furniture from the truck. They brought 2 hand trucks with small lips on the edge and no straps. Because of this they dropped the dryer. I actually watched one guy throw a piece off the back of the truck where it missed the blankets and fell on the road. The destruction that was the worst was a heavily carved pettipoint love seat. I was literally running after the truck asking where it was. One guy said they had emptied the truck. I kept asking where it was and one guy yelled it was in the garage. One other guy finally got off the truck and showed it to me. They had broken off a leg and pushed it up against the wall to hide the damage. I can't believe this company or any company that does business like this is allowed to say that they will be careful with your furniture and not. I could not even get them to put the beds together. Unbelievable. I have pics of all of this.

I cancelled services after they tried to bait and switch me. Paid deposit, which was refunded in a couple of days. At the end of the booking call I was very clear when I asked is this the final price before tax. She responded, moving is a service, there is no tax. The next day a man called and informed me there would be an additional travel fee. I called my original contact back and she lied about our conversation and her entire tone changed towards me (which did cause to in turn raise my voice). The guy also said my move would take more than 2 hours, which let me know they were going to try to make as much as possible. My move with another company was done in an hour and a half.

They provided a professional service.
