Went well, after confusion of time. Originally the appt was set between 9:30-1230. They didn't show up until 4:30. Then they wanted to charge me for over time. Had to take the following day off so they could finish.

The service was excellent- prompt, courteous, and high quality. The price was lower than competing quotes and all work was done to our satisfaction. We were given installation options and were able to choose the one that worked best for our needs. The space it takes in the garage is very minimal, unlike a standard water heater. Having the tankless water heater has solved the problem of overlapping hot water requirements. Now I can run the washing machine someone is taking a shower, and still have hot water in the kitchen.
