The drain from the house was clogged due to roots in the outdoor pipes. I called Alamo Sewer and Drain and George was here within the hour. He found the outside cleanout (had to partially dig up a shrub) and used his router to snake out the pipes. We then ran a full load of water through the washing machine to ensure pipes were clear. The shrub was repositioned and the area was left neat and clean. This has been an ongoing problem over the years due to large trees, lots of roots and clay pipes.

The sewer line in my house backed up and flooded out of a half bath that is currently being remodeled. The toilet was not yet installed and no plug was in place. The sewage backed up and flooded the half bath, adjacent den, foyer and closet. I contacted Alamo and was called back promptly, the service tech arrived promptly as well and was very professional and courtious and fixed the problem quickly. I was very happy with the expert help on a Sunday night when I didn't think I would find anyone to come out for a service call at all.

I chose this company because they were able to do the work for half the price of other companies. The workers were very fair and honest. I have used this company two times already and I like that they are also very kind and gentle towards my 95 year old mother.
