I own a rental and live out of state.? Property manager called Advanced Electrical out to diagnosis a ceiling fan that was not working property.? They determined it needed to be replaced.? I ordered the fan online from Lowes and requested that they pick it up and install it.? (Wanted the fan to be similar to ones I had purchased in house and not pay mark up).? Unfortunately Lowes screwed up and the ceiling fan was not there upon pick up (even though we had a confirmation that it was ready for pickup).? The patiently waited for manager to figure out what was wrong and eventually were able to get the fan picked up and installed. I cannot comment about accurately about punctuality for installation as I was not there, but no complaints from tenant or property manager.? All the office people I dealt with were professional and attention to detail. Prior to renting the property, I had used another company, but will continue to use Advanced Electric in the future.? They were slightly more expensive than my previous company, but not enough that it would affect my decision to use them again.
