Abby Carpet & Floor

I am giving a 2 star rating because I love my new carpet and the installer Ian, an independent contractor, did an excellent job. However the sales rep Javier out and out lied to me, it would seem to get the sale. My first request in the door of the store was to ask to see carpets of 13 foot width as I didn't want to have a seam through the middle of our 12 foot wide room. Javier said that there would be no problem as 12' carpets are manufactured with extra inches to make stretching feasible. Carpet now installed, seam right down the middle of the room. When I called Javier to remind him of the information he had given us and express my disappointment his response was "we never had that conversation". Second lie! We will not be making any further purchases from Abby Flooring. If you do, I recommend getting all of the details in writing. Despite Javier's charming demeanor I wouldn't trust a thing he says.

Not satisfied. I had to contently call them to arrange for appointment to have material delivered and installed. The contractors they secluded the first time we totally non professional. The contractor the store used did not show up, they called up telling my wife they would be early then called back to tell us they could not make it. To top it off the contractors would not even call the sales rep back when he was trying to find out why they did not show. I waited two more days to get another contractor to come out and install the carpet. The sales rep did refund me $75 dollars.

I really liked the job that these guys did for me. They came right out after we decided on the carpet we wanted and they didn't make any mistakes putting it in. I couldn't remember what the price was.

The workers did a very good job and installed this within one day. The floor is level and there are no problem areas. They also cleaned up very well after themselves and were polite and professional.

Mill End Carpet Shop did beautiful work. All of the carpeting looked great and the best part about the whole experience was when I saw the stairs after they were finished. I was so happy. The carpet was stretched perfectly over the stairs.

I was very happy with this company, and they were friendly right from the beginning. They had many different styles to choose from. All of the carpeting they put in looked great when they were finished. I thought the price was very competitive also for the amount of work they did.
