They did the lower levels right. They didn’t do the upper levels right (17 windows). I let them know the issue and they said they would come back but haven’t.

The job took longer than expected due mostly to rainy wet weather this spring and main contractor not having supplies ready ahead of time. Jason was always friendly and smiling and willing to take time to listen to any concerns. If he had been prime contractor I believe work would have been completed sooner. However, the work done was excellent and neighbors even stopped to watch and admire as the house transformed from the facelift!! It's been like having a new house. We hope to have him build a shed for us in the fall, plus do some interior repairs and remodeling.

Contractor Ricky Guth and crew were very professional.  Excellent quality craftsmen from flooring, cabinetry, tiling, everything.  Ricky was very responsive to any need even when plumbing backed up over a weekend.  He came out himself to help solve the problem.  Jenny, the interior designer was a doll and very helpful with advice and suggestions.  These folks were great and we could not have asked for a better experience.

I am writing this review to hopefully help those who intend to use this company for remodeling. We used this company to add a master bath and bedroom. They hired Subcontractors to do all of the work. They came by every once in a while to check on them, maybe every few days. There were weeks when no one came. The work is average, the supervision is below average, they do not guarantee their work, and their pricing is high. The plumbing subcontractor forgot to install a main drainage line sewage cap on an active line under my house and 2 inches of sewage leaked under my house for three months. We had to pay a professional company to dispose of it and treat the smell and bacteria. It cost me $3000 to clean up, and 360 Construction (formerly Shoreline Renovations) has not taken responsibility, nor reimbursed us. Do not recommend them.

I was refered to the company by a friend. Randy came out one afternoon and gave me an estimate on the roofing and explained in detail what was going to be done. After our meeting i had asked Randy if he knew of any siding and gutter people that wouldn't break the bank. Randy came through! Andrew (the siding guy) and Randy's crew of gutter people were PHENOMENAL! Randy and Andrew went above and beyond in repairing/replacing or correcting anything that needed to be taken care of. I will absolutely refer this company to anybody!

Randy was on the job constantly. The crew worked from sun up to sun down with a short break for lunch. They were quiet, hard working guys who were nice to our family and our dog. At the end of each day, our property was totally clean. The time-frame was estimated perfectly... in fact, they finished a bit early!
