They subbed out both jobs. Think they specialize in commercial work and are picking up residential work with economic slowdown. Came well-recommended by friend....they had done a great job on her kitchen cabinets at very good price. Carpet installation went fine; only had one grade of carpet available though which I am disappointed with, they assured me it would be great with upgrade pad...not so. Hardwood floor work was awful...sanded floors w/o putting up plastic barriers on doors to other rooms...sawdust everywhere!! Repair section looks awful..color not matched...gaps in seams. Attempts to correct only made it much worse. Left gaps in poly sealant in several areas...took 3 attempts to cover. Main problem was in the flooring subs sent...like I said did great job on carpet install and on friends house. But I cannot recommend.
