I could not have asked for a better contractor for this project. Tim stepped into a disaster area left by a previous tenant and turned it into a palace. He and his team, his wife, went well beyond what I could have expected or even imagined. When some phases of this project required more time, attention, and/or materials than he had anticipated, he handled it like the professional that he is. He did not go over his estimate, even though parts of the project required more attention than he had originally expected. I am so proud of the work that he did and proud of the work ethic that he and his wife displayed that I would unconditionally recommend Hansberger Construction for any project. I feel like I have made lifelong friends of these two people who have shown me that there are still good people who care out there. Thank you Tim and Charity!

Tim worked daily in our new home building project for many months and was involved in nearly every aspect of the construction of our home from framing on. Working with Tim was like working with a trusted friend. Not only is his work excellent, but he communicated clearly and effectively, which is almost as valuable for any homeowner. I trusted him and he looked after our home and our interests as if they were his. He is thorough and also completed his work in a timely fashion.
