Representative ordered the vanity top, but when the contractor delivered it to the house, it was not as I had requested.  The rep had to reorder the vanity top, and luckily the replacement was delivered within one week. Representative ordered the 2 cabinets when requested.  When the contractor delivered them to my house for installation, it was found that one was not as designed; no one had checked the cabinets when the manufacturer delivered them to discover the error.  The rep came to my house, we redesigned a cabinet for my needs, she ordered it, and we waited 3 weeks for its delivery.  the rep told me she had ordered the vinyl flooring at the same time as the vanity top, but in fact forgot, and had to quickly order flooring when my contractor inquired about it.  It took about one week to be delivered.

When the designer came to my house to remedy the mis-ordered cabinet and vanity top, she showed me the order form for the vanity top.  She had completed the form incorrectly.  With respect to the cabinet, she explained that she had tried to order a cabinet with a modification, but it did not turn out to be what she thought it would.

Finally, replacement cabinet, replacement vanity top, and vinyl flooring were delivered and installed.  So far, I am satisfied with the products.  The ordering mistakes caused my remodeling project to take 3-4 weeks longer than planned.  I requested some sort of monetary compensation for the mistakes that led to delay, but none was given.
