Wow! So nice when your expectations are exceeded from a contractor. These guys saved me thousands from replacing my entire jetted tub. Most contractors wanted to replace entire tub... NT&T patched and resurfaced the damaged area for a fraction of the price. Color blending and texture makes damage un-noticable. Thank You!

They did an excellent and professional job of preparing us for the work and advising us on how the reglazed tile must be maintained.  Very thorough and personable and we loved the work.  They texted us pictures when they were done before charging our credit card. The after photos are incredible and for anyone renovating an older home that still has sturdy and intact tiles, I would absolutely recommend this as an alternative to completely replacing the shower.

My experience with National tub and tile was great.  Peggy was very responsive and worked hard to set up and appointment around my schedule.
She sent me a list of things to consider/take care of before they showed up to make the process move faster.  They stripped the caulk, sanded the tub and reglazed it in the exact amount of time they said it would take.  The end product was absolutely fantastic.  They did such a great job that I had them come back and redo the other tub that was reglazed (poorly) by another contractor.  I can't say enough about my experience and the professionalism of the team.  I couldn't give the team a higher recommendation.

Working with Peggy at National Tub & Tile, I was able to take advantage of a schedule cancellation for service the next day.  This was particularly helpful because of timing.  Rick arrived on time, and did a beautiful job repairing the chip.  You'd never know there was ever a chip there!  Excellent customer service and excellent work!  Thank you!

I called the office to get some details on refinishing a bathtub because we weren't certain whether this was an acceptable alternative to replacing the tub. They were very knowledgeable about the process and discussed it in detail as well as the after care and that there was a 5 year warranty with the service. Rick arrived promptly as scheduled, was very professional and personable. The work took about 3 hours and the bathroom area was completely cleaned up. He explained the immediate after care as well as giving me a list of acceptable and non-acceptable cleaners i.e. no acidic or abrasive cleaners similar to the restrictions with a bathtub liner. The process was easy. No muss, no fuss just how we like it. I would definitely recommend this company. The tub looks terrific!

We had the bathroom tub & tile and kitchen counter tops refinished. I would recommend the bathroom tub & tile refinishing without reservation. It was a major improvement. The results were at or above expectation. I hesitate to recommend the kitchen counter top refinishing.  This company provided the service as stated, I just did not like the way it looked when it was done.  Our old Formica counter tops ended up looking like they had been painted.  Which, in essence, they had.  If I had it to do again I would replace the counter top instead of having it refinished.  
The service was easy to schedule. The workman arrived on time and completed the work in the time estimated.  Very professional.

From my first phone call to Peggy, to the actual work being done everything was done in a timely and professional manner.  Peggy made me feel comfortable  explaining what would occur and asking questions to determine exactly what I actually needed.  She kept in touch throughout the scheduling process.  Rick showed up exactly on time to give me an estimate and to detail what they would be doing.  He also showed up exactly on time to accomplish the work.  He went upstairs and worked continually until the job was done.  It looks great!  The bathtub and tile look fresh and new.  I would definitely recommend them and hire them myself again with absolutely no reservation.

I contacted Peggy to set up an appointment for an estimate on a walk-in fiberglass shower and a fiberglass bathtub and surround.  She let me know that the owner, Rick was going to come out a couple days later to give me a quote.  After receiving the quote, I decided to replace the walk-in shower entirely and have Rick refinish the tub and surround.  (This decision was based on the poor condition of the shower and not the quote Rick gave me.)  Rick came a few days later right on time and completed the job in the exact time frame he told me he would.  The end result was a gleaming new bathtub and surround where a dirty old one used to sit.  I couldn't be more pleased with all my interactions with Rick and Peggy and with the end result!  I highly recommend National Tub & Tile.

I was recommended National Tub and Tile by Grout Medic (also an excellent contractor) to refinish my basement bathtub, which had developed a terrible orange stain.  I received an in-home consultation quite quickly and found out that the stain was actually cracking from the tub's porcelain.  NT&T provided me with a competitive refinishing and rebuilding quote, which I accepted.
The work was done on time and on budget and I could not be happier.  Keep in mind, however, that this is an incredibly smelly process - even though NT&T takes all necessary safety precautions with venting, your house will still smell quite strongly for a few days.  Ours was worse because our air handler was right next to the bathroom, but it was just bad luck.
Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend NT&T in the future.

I had a good impression of this company from the start.  I sent an e-mail from their website requesting an estimate. Peggy, the office manager, called me a few days later and gave me an estimate over the phone after asking questions about the state of the tub.  When I scheduled the appointment, Peggy described the process, how long it would take, and what to expect.  She also sent me a list of things to do before the technician came out to do the job (e.g., make sure there was a window that could be opened).  Nothing on the to-do list was a big deal; the preparations took less than 2 minutes.  Rick, the technician (who I think is also the owner), showed up right on time and was friendly and professional.  He put protective sheeting everywhere to make sure nothing got damaged and cleaned everything up afterwards. The bathtub now looks brand new and is a much nicer color.  I couldn't be happier.
