Jeff Scott was with us (and continues to be) from start to finish on this project. He personally assisted us in designing our kitchen and countertops to meet the balance between an ill defined Statement of Work and getting us quality without busting our budget.
His desire to put the customer first had numerous opportunities to really hit home. Our contractor dinged up our cabinets during install and he was able to work with the factory to get us replacement pieces in a timely manner. The quality of the product was great across the board. Extremely knowledgable, without being condescending. One of the best "construction sales" folks I've met, and he stands behind his word. He will show you how to meet your needs, and if your request isn't realistic, he'll tell you that too, without making you feel like an idiot. Jeff came onsite numerous times to ensure everything was satisfactory, and to help explain the answers to our questions.
