roof cleaning
 + -1 moreWhen it rains hard water is not flowing down the gutter into the downspouts but splashing all over . Called William from Santos Renovation 3 times and he has promised me he would come back to fix the problem. I even sent him a picture from my cellphone of the problem when it was raining and now he doesn't respond to my calls or text. I believe the gutters are positioned too low, and that's why the water is shooting right off the roof, missing the gutters. Basically he took my money and ran, I had to wait until it rained a few weeks later to know the gutters were not put on correctly. It is now August 2014 and I still have not heard back from William. Not sure what his last name is, he brought Santos Renovation from previous owner and kept the name Santos. Please do not use this guy, he will rip you off.
