Great--Mark and his crew were punctual, polite, kept me posted every step of the way. Mark also pointed out a leak in the space that I had not realized I had--& might not have realized for a very long time! He couldn't finish installing the barrier in that corner and offered to come back once the pipe was repaired. He's gone above and beyond what he needed to and I appreciated it.

The crew at Kefficient did a wonderful job remediating moisture issues and encapsulating our crawl space. They were incredibly professional. They worked clean every day and communicated with us every step of the way. One of the greatest things was there reassuring manner in dealing with something that we were extremely concerned about. Mark and his crew just completed doing a tremendous job encapsulating and repairing my water damaged crawl space. Twice this year I have flooded floors on the lower lever. Mark diagnosed the issues. He pointed out specific problems and how to redress them. He knew about the necessary permits (other estimators did not mention them) and got them in a timely manner. He described the steps involved and the mold remediation process. The work crew (Mark, Sarah, Tyler, Issac(?)) worked diligently and efficiently spending days in the crawl space doing the required work. Everyone was courteous, efficient, and helpful in explaining what they were doing on any given day. The communication with Mark as to schedules and timing and anything having to do with the project was excellent. I would highly recommend Mark and Kefficient for any crawl space or waterproof situation you may have. Mark is the best contractor and his crew the best work crew that I have ever employed for any work.

I bought an old farm house that needed mold removed in the crawl space and my insulation was falling down and needed replacing. They are very professional and prompt, which was really nice to see after my previous experiences with contractors .

My husband and I used Kefficient earlier this year before we put our house on the market. They did such a great job that we called again for our new house! Our basement smelled horrible when you opened the door. We pulled down all the sheetrock and insulation in our basement because we suspected some mold. Once we got everything down we realized it was a much bigger mold problem than we originally thought. We called kefficient and they again were very pleasant and took care of everything for us. Sprayed for mold and cleaned up, new insulation, and got us an awesome dehumidifier. Within and hour of the work done the basement smelled so much better. Before you couldn't even open the door without making the entire house smell like mold and mildew. Now the basement feels and smells amazing. It's now a useable space and we dont have to avoid it and stuff towels under the door to keep the smell out of the main house! Thank you again for taking care of us! I'm getting ready to sell my house and wanted to clean up my crawl space. A year ago I had a new furnace installed and the team doing that work also disturbed the insulation (a necessary move to correctly do the work). Add to that, some moisture and the beginning of some mold activity and now I need work done to clean this up. Mark Keffer came out, looked over what had to be done, then took the time to explain to me in detail what he was going to do to restore my crawl space to where it should be to provide a healthy environment. He and Connie arrived as scheduled and did everything that was promised. I couldn't be happier with the work and the reasonable price. They did a tough job and were extremely personable and professional and even custom built a crawl space door to replace the one that was not in great condition. This is a great company that delivers everything they promise, and more.

When I called they got right back to me that afternoon thankfully . Mark was very understanding of my situation. He came and figured out what was going on and got me fixed up. We were expecting to have to pay thousands of dollars to fix what we thought were big issues. I was looking around online to find someone to give us a quote on fixing it, and I found Kefficient. The website said free quotes so I emailed them and asked to be contacted. They answered me that day! They came out the very next day. We will definitely be using Kefficient in the future if we need anything else!
