Bermuda One Pressure Washing & Restoration

They came out and sprayed the entire two-story, 3000 sq. ft. house -- windows and porches included--in about one hour and left. Thus, they failed to leave their chemical product on the house long enough to work well before spraying it off. We had some streaking and one area was really bad so we called to have them come back to correct it. They corrected the one area and sprayed around the bottom 1/3 of the house. Unfortunately, the sun reacted that day by making that 1/3 appear bleached to a lighter color. They claimed it isn't possible for that to occur and offered to spray a third time, but we said, "no," for fear worse bleaching of our siding. Now that it has rained a few times since, it isn't as noticeable. One hour is not enough time to properly wash a two-story, 2500-3000 sq. ft. vinyl-sided home. We do not recommend them for vinyl-sided homes.

Nick was very flexible when I needed to reschedule and working through a minor glitch on my end the day of service.  Friendly and professional.

It was okay. He applied a little bit too much pressure and it caused a lot of splintering which caused me to have to go back and do a lot of sanding before I painted the deck. It was an okay job. He was clearly excellent so I would say he was punctual. He's very professional with the way he articulated his answers to the questions. I did have some followup questions about other possible work and he was quickly on the spot able to give me answer. I believe I would use him again but I would be a little more specific.

Nick Rich, the owner, came and power washed our house.  He has very professional equipment on his trailer that was not only powerful but also heated the water. He washed the house, windows and all skylights as well as a squirt on my porch chairs and a spot on the driveway.
We need to have our deck re-sealed so Nick did a "striping" wash on the deck in preparation for the new stain. This process actually took as much time as the whole house. We understood that  with that much striping the deck would require some sanding for a smooth finish before the stain could be applied.
Nick was very professional in his manner as well as his work.  I would definitely recommend him as well as hire hime again myself.
