 + 1 moreLarry arrived early in the morning to begin the installation of the toilet. I had already purchased the toilet kit which included the toilet base and the fittings. I also had already purchased a toilet. Larry set the base up and then shut off the water. He then began the jobs of tapping into the existing water and sewer lines. He was able to tap into the sewer line from our existing upstairs toilet and the existing water line to our washing machine. Once he had the lines ran, he set up the toilet and bolted everything down tight. He then tested the lines by turning the water back on and flushing both the upstairs toilet and the new toilet. No leaks and both toilets flushed correctly! He was here for about 3-4 hours and everything went smoothly,
Description of Work: On February 28, 2011 Larry Rinard helped to install a toilet in our downstairs laundry room. That included tapping into the existing sewer and water lines and installing a base and toilet where no hook-ups existed before. However, he often comes and performs small home repair and maintenance for myself as I am disabled and am the sole caregiver for my 76 yr old mother who has dementia. He has installed a new sump pump for us, re-wired our fuse box, fixed our banister that was coming loose, fixed a ceiling light that was shorting out, straightened a post on our porch that was bent after someone backed into it, hung Christmas lights, among various other projects. Larry worked for over 30 yrs in the heating/cooling business and also has over a decade of roofing and aluminum siding experience. He can do some electrical work and has his Class-A contractor's license. He is skilled in all phases of home repair and construction and is a valuable asset to anyone needing any type of home project completed. He is very professional and has a very charismatic and charming personality. He is very patient and an agreeable person who is easy to get along with and deals with set-backs, unexpected complications, and changes in plans with a deep breath and with an easy spirit. He never shows any signs of anger or irritation regardless of the problem. Larry is also a christian man and is the Pastor of Brighter Days Bible Church. However, he deals with people from all walks of life without being overbearing and without outwardly signs of judging their life style or life choices. Rinard's Home Improvement is the perfect choice for quality, price, and professionalism. If you choose Rinard's Home Improvement, you will not be sorry.
