 + -1 moreThey were recommended to me by my buddy, they were very good. They called me with the price before they did the work, and they texted me when the car was ready. They only charged me for parts, and not for labor. It was an old car, and they were prompt about getting him in, and the gentleman who called was very courteous, and said this is what is wrong, and what needs to be done.
Description of Work: I used Roy Hendrick's Muffler & Auto. We took my son's car last week. They did the control arms, the wheel bearings, and they did major work.

Description of Work: We have been going to Roy's for years and we wouldn't go anywhere else. He is so honest and trustworthy and even when I occasionally take my car to one of the chains (due to a coupon in the mail) I often times will call him and ask his advice. He has saved us alot of money by being upfront and straight with us and is just a hardworking decent fellow. His staff is excellent too.

 + 0 moreWe had gotten an estimate the previous year, and the estimate, which I was really using as a diagnostic tool, so that I wouldn't have to pay the diagnostic fee again, was still good 18 months later! Roy is incredibly honest, and didn't try to send me into the poor house with extras. He did the necessary stuff, and gave me a lecture on maintenance, which I deserved, but all in a friendly manner. He will be doing the work on all of our vehicles from now on! Thank you so much for fabulous service. Oh and did I mention they were $200.00 under the Ford Dealership??? Just awesome! Our Saturn was inspected by Roy in Dec. It was quick and efficient and once again, no calls about how I needed everything replaced, which is what happened at Merchant's every year!
